TSCS serves adults with mental illness and other special needs  of all age groups. Our overall goal is to increase community tenure and quality of life for those with serious and persistent mental illness and dual diagnosis.

MACOMB-OAKLAND REGIONAL CENTER (MORC):

Is dedicated to serving men, women and children with differing abilities so they may, as true citizens, celebrate life, freedom, and independence in the          communities.

Services include: supports coordination, self-determination, clinical operations, home choices, vocational and respite services, enhanced family supports and training.



TRAINING & TREATMENT INNOVATIONS, INC. (TTI):

Provides quality mental health services to adults, adolescents and children with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities as well as those individuals who have a co-occurring disorder.



EASTER SEALS—MICHIGAN, INC. (ES):

ES’ mission is to create solutions that change lives of children and adults with disabilities or other special needs and their families.

Programs include: developmental disabilities services, agrability, children’s health services, jail diversion and post-adjudication services, mental health services, residential services, older adult services and Spanish and Russian language services.
