Sherman Taylor
PRESIDENT / CEO
Mr. Taylor has worked in the corporate sector in various management positions for over 18 years.

As President / CEO he is responsible for providing strategic direction for all Taylor Special Care Services, Inc., programs which currently provide services to people diagnosed with mental illness, developmentally disabled or co-occuring disorders.

Since founding Taylor Special Care Services, Inc., in 1999, TSCS has expanded the services of the corporation to service “at-risk young adults” between the ages of 18 and 30. Mr. Taylor has developed certain modules to aid and assist persons served with a focus on daily living skills and independence skills readiness.

Mr. Taylor took the initiative to create and train TSCS staff in maintaining a culture of gentleness by the use of non-violent and positive support approaches. He himself is certified as a Gentle Teaching Mentor.

Simon Pop
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Pop received his Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Davenport University in 2005.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Taylor Special Care Services Inc., Mr. Pop is responsible for overseeing and consulting in all functions related to strategic planning, risk management, human resources management, technology / information management & outcomes, corporate compliance, privacy and security, financial management, contract management, facilities management, safety, health and accessibility, quality assurance and performance improvement of TSCS programs and services..

Mr. Pop is the key facilitator in CARF accreditation and 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For process.
